This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Flizz ("we," "us," "our") handles information collected through realestateflizz.com, our landing pages and forms, our email and text communications, and our related educational programs and services (together, the "Services").

By using the Services or submitting a form, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or submit information to us.

When you fill out a form, join a program, book a session, or email us, you may provide:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Project details you choose to share — property or land location, budget range, what you want built, timeline
• Business details if you contact us as a contractor, subcontractor, supplier or vendor — company name, trade or scope, license number, insurance carrier, service area and examples of your work
• Anything else you type into a form, message or email

Please do not send sensitive information through our forms. That includes Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, bank account or card numbers, or medical information. We do not need it and do not ask for it.

Information collected automatically

• IP address and general location (city or region level)
• Browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page and referring website
• Cookie and pixel identifiers

Information from other sources

• Advertising and analytics platforms that report on ad performance
• Community and course platforms, where you have an account with us
• Payment processors, which confirm a transaction succeeded (we do not receive full card numbers)
• Publicly available business information, where you contact us as a business

• Responding to your inquiry and following up about a build or trade opportunity
• Delivering the community, courses, mentorship and sessions you signed up for
• Sending updates, live session reminders, and account or billing notices
• Sending marketing about our programs and services, where you have opted in
• Measuring and improving our website, content and advertising
• Preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping the Services secure
• Meeting legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations

We rely on your consent for marketing communications, on the performance of our agreement with you for delivering paid programs, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services for the rest.

4. Email and text messages

If you give us your email address, you may receive updates and marketing from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional messages about a purchase, a scheduled session, or your account.

5. Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which ads bring people here. This may include advertising and analytics pixels from platforms such as Meta and Google.

These tools may let those platforms show you our ads later on their services. You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad personalization in your account settings on each platform. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who work on our behalf — website and form hosting, CRM and email or text delivery, community and course platforms, scheduling tools, payment processing, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, where reasonably needed.
• Legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
• Business transfer — if the business is sold, merged or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
• With your direction — for example, if you ask to be introduced to a contractor, lender or other professional.

7. Payment information

Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors and community platforms. We never see or store your full card number. Those providers handle your payment details under their own privacy policies and security standards, and we receive only confirmation details such as whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last digits of the card.

8. Third-party platforms

Our community and courses are hosted on a third-party platform, and our site links to services such as Instagram and YouTube. When you use those platforms, their own privacy policies and terms govern your information — not ours. We do not control what they collect. Please review their policies before creating an account or posting.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, answer your inquiry, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to records we are required to keep.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we work with established providers who do the same. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password on any account you create, and let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of that information
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing emails and texts

13. Where we operate

We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
